• Whitney Houston's 1994 concert in South Africa, following Nelson Mandela's election, will be released as a remastered film titled 'The Concert for a New South Africa (Durban)'.
• The film will feature a never-before-released performance from Durban, with screenings in nearly 900 cinemas across more than 25 countries.
• Proceeds from the original concerts benefited local South African children's charities through Houston's foundation.
• A new live album featuring Houston's greatest hits and an unreleased track will accompany the film's release on November 8.
• The concert film is produced by Trafalgar Releasing and Sony Music Entertainment in collaboration with Houston's estate and Primary Wave Music.
