  • The White Sox agreed to a one-year, $760,000 contract with left-handed pitcher Tyler Alexander, who will wear uniform No. 70.
  • Alexander made 21 appearances and four starts for the Milwaukee Brewers this season before being designated for assignment on June 1, posting a 6.19 ERA.
