• Wheeler completed his first full game since 2021 by allowing one hit, striking out 12, walking none and throwing 108 pitches in a 3-1 victory that secured the series over Cincinnati.
• He yielded only a leadoff homer to Austin Hays in the fifth inning and became the third Phillies pitcher since 1901 to permit a solitary home run over eight-plus innings, joining Robin Roberts and Curt Schilling.
