Overview

• The national weather service warns of heavy rain and wet snow on Sept. 22 in Arkhangai, Bulgan, southern Khuvsgul and northern Uvurkhangai, then on Sept. 23 in Töv and Khentii, with icy, slippery mountain passes expected.
