Overview
- On August 2, the state inaugurated 632 Amader Para, Amader Samadhan camps across urban and rural polling booths, drawing more than 175,000 residents into local decision-making forums.
- Each booth-level camp carries a Rs 10 lakh budget to address 16 categories of civic needs, from drainage and water supply to street lighting and road repairs.
- Duare Sarkar service desks at every camp enable citizens to submit applications for individual welfare schemes alongside community infrastructure proposals.
- Chief Secretary Manoj Pant’s state task force, supported by district-level teams, is actively monitoring proceedings and digital portals for transparent tracking of schedules, demands and fund allocations.
- Neighbourhood camps will run through November 3, followed by a 30-day administrative review and a three-month implementation phase set to conclude by mid-January 2026.
