Wes Ball to Direct Film Adaptation of 'Ruiner' for Universal Pictures

- Universal Pictures has previously seen success with video game adaptations like 'Super Mario Bros. Movie' and 'Five Nights at Freddy’s'.
- Wes Ball is also working on a live-action adaptation of 'The Legend of Zelda' and has directed the 'Maze Runner' trilogy and 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes'.
- Reikon Games, the original creators of 'Ruiner', will have executive producers involved in the film.
