Werder Bremen's football director, Peter Niemeyer, expressed confidence in Silva's quick integration into the team, citing his familiarity with the Bundesliga and current fitness level.
Silva has an extensive career history, having played for clubs like FC Porto, AC Milan, and Sevilla, as well as earning 53 caps for the Portuguese national team.
