'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story' won the Emmy for Outstanding Television Movie at the 2023 Creative Arts Emmys, marking the first Emmy win for Yankovic.
The movie's composers, Leo Birenberg and Zach Robinson, also won Emmys for Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited or Anthology Series, Movie or Special (Original Dramatic Score).
The biopic, co-written and produced by Yankovic, tells the story of his rise to fame as a parody artist, with Daniel Radcliffe in the title role.
