WEF Board Exonerates Klaus Schwab and Appoints Fink and Hoffmann as Interim Co-Chairs

Cleared of material misconduct with only minor lapses, the Forum’s board has appointed Larry Fink alongside André Hoffmann as interim co-chairs charged with strengthening governance.
