Netflix's 'Wednesday' series, starring Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, has been renewed for a second season, with filming set to begin in Ireland this April.
Season 2 will lean more into horror and focus less on Wednesday's love life, according to Ortega, who will also serve as a producer on the new season.
Ortega has described the upcoming episodes as being more like individual movies, with each one being action-packed and featuring a complete story arc.
Although there is no official cast list for the second season yet, it is expected that many of the main actors from the first season will return.
There is currently no official release window for Wednesday Season 2.
