'We Were the Lucky Ones' Series to Premiere on Hulu March 28

Hulu's new series 'We Were the Lucky Ones', based on Georgia Hunter’s novel, is set to premiere on March 28.
The series follows the true story of a Jewish family separated at the start of World War II, on their quest to survive and reunite.
Logan Lerman and Joey King star as siblings Addy and Halina in the series, marking their second time on screen together.
The series is executive produced and written by Erica Lipez, with Thomas Kail directing and executive producing alongside Jennifer Todd and Adam Milch.
Production for the series, which was primarily done in Romania, began in December 2022 and wrapped in spring 2023.
