Overview

• Police say Jamie Spratt’s Lincoln Navigator struck two unoccupied parked vehicles before reversing into the Moose Lodge and causing significant structural damage.
• Officers recorded Spratt’s blood alcohol concentration at 0.185, more than twice the Illinois legal limit of 0.08.
• Spratt’s 13-year-old daughter was uninjured in the crash, and one woman inside the lodge suffered minor injuries but declined medical transport.
• She is charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, child endangerment and cited for having an uninsured vehicle, improper backing and illegal alcohol transport.
• Spratt posted bond and will appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on August 7 as authorities complete their damage assessment.
