Washington State and Oregon State file lawsuit against Pac-12 to halt conference dissolution

Oregon State and Washington State filed a complaint against the Pac-12 to maintain governance control.
Most of the Pac-12 schools have announced plans to leave for other conferences.
OSU and WSU want a court order to stop the departing schools from making decisions about the conference.
The two remaining schools are worried the Pac-12 will vote to dissolve itself and take the assets.
