Washington Offers 2028 QB Knox Kiffin After Sophomore Rise

Washington head coach Jedd Fisch extended a scholarship offer to Knox Kiffin on Wednesday, which Kiffin announced on social media.
The offer marks Kiffin’s second from a Power Four program and was reported as roughly his 10th overall, with existing FBS offers from SMU, Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, FIU and others.
Kiffin, a 6-foot-2 Oxford (Miss.) sophomore and son of new LSU coach Lane Kiffin, threw for 1,058 yards and 11 touchdowns as Oxford won 11 games and finished No. 3 in Mississippi.
His 2026 school destination has not been determined, with University Lab on LSU’s campus mentioned in reports as a possible option.
Washington has emphasized high school quarterbacks in recent cycles, including signing Derek Zammit this month, while reports have also linked Fisch as a candidate for the Michigan job.
