Overview
- Warwickshire Police said the woman, in her 60s, died in hospital after the southbound collision near Corley Services on December 10 at about 10:30am.
- Four vehicles were involved: a black Ford Transit van, an articulated HGV, a silver BMW and a black Vauxhall Mokka.
- The Ford Transit is understood to have struck the central reservation during the crash.
- Investigators are asking anyone with relevant dashcam footage or who saw the vehicles and their driving to come forward.
