Warren Double Homicide: Victims Named as Police Probe Suspected Arson of Victim’s Car

Overview

• Police identified the victims as Richard Bunch Jr. and Wendy Miller, found fatally shot inside a parked car in a driveway late Saturday on Jackson St. SW.
• A 2003 Honda Accord registered to Miller was discovered fully engulfed in flames Tuesday evening in the same driveway between two residences, according to police reports.
• The fire damaged exterior siding and exposed wood, and officers helped evacuate five occupants, including three minors, as well as a neighboring resident.
• The Warren Fire Department contacted the Ohio State Arson Investigator, and the blaze is being treated as a suspected arson with no confirmed link to the homicides at this time.
