Overview
- Demarcus Desean Green-Todd was arraigned Jan. 14 in 37th District Court on multiple felony and misdemeanor counts.
- Authorities say he confronted a student on Jan. 12 in a hallway, pressed the barrel of a pneumatic gun into the student's stomach, and later admitted to the assault.
- Charges include intentional threat to commit an act of violence against a school, carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and trespass.
- Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety with conditions barring contact with the victim, weapons possession, and access to Warren Consolidated Schools if released.
- A juvenile who allegedly let Green-Todd into the building has also been charged, and police say school video captured the altercation.
