Overview
- Warner Bros. Games has reorganized its development, production and tech divisions around its four flagship series: Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Mortal Kombat and the DC Universe.
- Yves Lachance, Shaun Himmerick and Steven Flenory have been elevated to senior vice president positions overseeing franchise development and central technology services.
- All development, production and tech teams will now report directly to the new SVPs, replacing the previous studio-based structure with franchise-aligned leadership.
- The restructuring did not involve any layoffs or executive departures and follows the January exit of former president David Haddad.
- The overhaul aligns the games division with Warner Bros. Discovery’s planned split into separate streaming and studios and global networks companies by mid-2026.
