• Central Perk Coffee Co. will operate the Manhattan site, building on its first permanent café that opened in Boston in 2023.
• The space will feature immersive décor including the replica orange sofa and areas for scene recreations, alongside exclusive merchandise.
• Chef Tom Colicchio is designing the menu with series-inspired food and specialty beverages, plus exclusive Central Perk coffee blends.
• Cushman & Wakefield and the building owners say the tenant is intended to reactivate the long-vacant corner and drive tourism and spending.
