Warner Bros Discovery to Launch Max Streaming in Asia

The service will debut in seven Asian markets on November 19, expanding its global presence to 72 markets.

Max will be available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
The launch will offer various plans, including a mobile-only tier in select Southeast Asian countries.
Warner Bros Discovery's Max will replace the existing HBO Go service in parts of East Asia with enhanced technology and content.
The service will feature content from HBO, Discovery, DC Universe, Harry Potter, and Cartoon Network, among others.
Further expansions in Asia are planned for 2025, with Australia expected to receive Max in the first half of the year.
