Wanted North Texas Felon Crashes Into Fort Worth Home and Is Arrested

The Saginaw Police Department arrested the man after he fled on foot, with investigators set to file further firearms charges.

  • At about 2 p.m. Thursday officers spotted the suspect leaving a Saginaw business and began pursuit when he ignored a traffic stop.
  • The chase ended when his vehicle struck a residence on the 7400 block of Bellingham Road in Fort Worth and he was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.
  • Authorities confirmed there were no injuries to the suspect, officers or occupants of the home that was hit.
  • He faced three outstanding warrants for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon from the ATF’s Northern District of Texas, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
  • Investigators say the probe remains active and additional weapons-related charges are expected; the suspect’s identity has not been released.
