Walter Delgatti Transferred From Tremembé to Potim Prison

Overview

• Delgatti was moved in December 2025 and is now serving an 8-year, 3-month sentence at Penitenciária 2 de Potim in São Paulo state.
• The São Paulo Prison Administration said all closed-regime inmates were relocated from the Tremembé facility.
• The Supreme Federal Court convicted Delgatti for inserting false documents into the CNJ system, including a fake order targeting Justice Alexandre de Moraes, which the court said sought to undermine the judiciary and the 2022 election.
