Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl marks the duo’s first feature since 2005’s The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and first appearance since 2008’s A Matter of Loaf and Death.
The film reintroduces Feathers McGraw, the cunning penguin villain from 1993’s The Wrong Trousers, now seeking revenge after decades in captivity.
The story critiques overreliance on technology, as Wallace’s AI-powered garden gnome invention, Norbot, becomes a tool for Feathers’ schemes.
The climactic chase scene, set on a British canal, pays homage to the iconic train chase in The Wrong Trousers while offering a fresh, story-driven twist.
Co-directed by Nick Park and Merlin Crossingham, the film has been longlisted for BAFTA awards and is expected to contend for the animated feature Oscar.
