Walgreens Employee Shoots Pregnant Woman After Suspected Shoplifting

A pregnant woman was shot multiple times by a Walgreens employee who claimed she was shoplifting from the store.
The woman who was seven months pregnant underwent an emergency C-section to save her baby after being shot.
Both the woman and her baby are in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.
The armed Walgreens employee alleged the woman sprayed him with mace as she left the store which prompted him to shoot her..
The shooting is under investigation and no arrests have been made at this time.
