Waldi Lehnertz, widely recognized from the ZDF show 'Bares für Rares,' is set to release his second crime novel, 'Mord am Schätztag,' on April 15, 2025.
Lehnertz has established himself as a bestselling author, following the success of his debut novel, 'Mord im Antiquitätenladen,' released last year.
The antiques dealer from Kall, originally a trained horse groomer from Prüm, also runs a successful antiques business alongside his television career.
To unwind from his highly social public life, Lehnertz engages in night fishing, describing it as a way to 'completely downshift' and find relaxation.
Lehnertz's partner, affectionately called 'Holde,' shares his passion for fishing, though she prefers catching smaller fish compared to his focus on larger ones.
