Volunteer Company Holds VII Congress in Moscow, Sets 2026 Priorities, Signs Seven Partnerships

  • The VII Congress convened at the Zhukov Hall of the Museum of Victory in Moscow with reported participation of more than 450 activists from 70 regions and representatives from Abkhazia.
  • Delegates approved the movement’s work priorities for 2026 and appointed new federal and regional coordinators, including a plan to launch a registry tracking alleged discrimination against Russian speakers and heritage sites in Europe.
  • Cooperation agreements were signed with seven organizations, including the Association of SVO Veterans, Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions, the Gazprom trade union, and the National Center of Historical Memory.
  • Outstanding volunteers and search teams received state awards and letters of gratitude from President Vladimir Putin, presidential administration official Sergey Kirienko, and Defense Minister Andrey Belousov.
  • Six volunteers from the GROM "Kaskad" aviation reconnaissance unit were formally sent off to the zone of the special military operation.
