  • Volkswagen confirmed a naming shift that brings legacy badges into its electric lineup, with the ID. Polo becoming the €25,000 entry model.
  • The ID. Polo will be built in Martorell, Spain, with a GTI variant also planned, and market launch slated to begin in 2026.
  • The ID. Cross Concept previews an electric T‑Cross with a 155 kW motor, up to about 420 km WLTP range, compact 4.16 m packaging, and roughly 450 liters of cargo plus a front trunk.
