Overview

• Flash Red paint is exclusive to the GT Line variants of Volkswagen India’s Taigun SUV and Virtus sedan.
• The new scheme pairs a vibrant red exterior with blacked-out roof, mirrors, alloy wheels and door handles.
• No mechanical changes have been made, with both models retaining the 1.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine offering 114 bhp/115 PS and 178 Nm mated to six-speed manual or automatic gearboxes.
• The Flash Red option is unavailable on higher-powered 1.5-litre TSI variants, which continue with the existing colour palette.
• A facelifted Taigun prototype is being tested on public roads ahead of an expected 2026 refresh.
