Overview
- Both models use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 and Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip with 120Hz LTPO displays, ultrasonic fingerprint readers, and IP68/IP69 durability.
- X300 Pro pairs a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main with a 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB telephoto and 50MP ultrawide, while the X300 uses the 200MP HPB as its main alongside a 50MP LYT-602 telephoto; both have 50MP selfie cameras.
- Battery capacities are 6,510mAh (Pro) and 6,040mAh with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, and Vivo claims endurance comparable to much larger cells, which awaits independent verification.
- Both phones support Vivo’s ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender and Photography Kit introduced with the X200 Ultra, with the lens priced at CNY 1,299 or CNY 1,499 for the full kit in China.
- China pricing starts at CNY 4,399 for the X300 and CNY 5,299 for the X300 Pro with configurations up to 1TB, and Vivo says OriginOS 6 will be offered beyond China even as global models and timing remain unannounced.
