Vivo V60 5G Set for India Debut on August 12

Industry leaks point to a Rs. 37,000–40,000 price band, framing the V60 as a rebranded S30 with ZEISS-coated triple cameras

  • The phone is expected to feature a flat 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,300 nits of peak brightness.
  • It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor paired with a 6,500 mAh battery that supports 90 W fast charging.
  • Imaging duties will be handled by a ZEISS-branded triple rear camera setup comprising a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 50 MP 3x periscope telephoto unit.
  • The V60 5G is understood to be a rebranded version of the China-market S30, debuting Android 16-based OriginOS and offered in Mist Grey, Moonlit Blue and Auspicious Gold finishes.
  • Leaked reports from SmartPrix suggest the handset will carry a midrange tag of Rs. 37,000–40,000 in India ahead of its August 12 release.
