Virginia Beach Police Hunt for Suspect in Assault of Elderly Woman

The suspect is described as a Black male wearing a red long-sleeve shirt, jeans, boots, and a head covering.
The suspect was seen driving a white 4-door Buick sedan with a spare tire on the rear driver’s side, a sunroof, tinted windows, and Virginia license plates, possibly ending in '7663'.
The Virginia Beach Police Department has released surveillance footage of the suspect and is seeking public assistance in identifying him.
The motive behind the assault remains unclear.
