- Purchases from 125,000 to 300,000 base points receive a 70% bonus, with lower tiers at 60%, 40% or 20% depending on the amount, and the offer runs until 31 December 2025.
- Buying the maximum 300,000 base points yields 510,000 total points and was priced by Head for Points at £4,500, or about 0.88p each, and bonus points do not count toward the cap.
- Official pricing includes a one‑off £15/$22 transaction fee plus £15/$25 per 1,000 base points, and coverage notes GBP checkout often works out cheaper than paying in USD.
- Bonus points are credited at the time of purchase and appear within 24 hours, and buyers can cancel within 14 days provided none of the purchased points have been redeemed.
- Redemption value varies because Virgin uses dynamic award pricing on its own flights, but points are also redeemable across SkyTeam partners.
