Overview
- Thousands joined clergy and local officials in a nighttime procession to the sanctuary on the Cerro de las Tres Cruces, reported at 9:00 p.m.
- The Provincial Council of Paita and the Archdiocese of Piura approved S/1,543,450.43 in June to finance the improvement works.
