Minnesota Vikings' general manager, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, has indicated that the team is open to all possibilities at quarterback next season, including moving on from Kirk Cousins.
Cousins, who is set to turn 36 this summer, is coming off the first major injury of his pro career, a torn right Achilles that ended his season after eight games.
Cousins has expressed a desire to finish his career in Minnesota, and both Adofo-Mensah and coach Kevin O'Connell have said they hope to reach an agreement with him.
However, Adofo-Mensah has also emphasized the importance of financial flexibility and may not be willing to guarantee Cousins multiple seasons, particularly in light of his recent injury.
