Vikings Lose Hockenson and Wonnum to Season-Ending Injuries

Injuries continue to plague the Minnesota Vikings as they fight for a playoff spot.

Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson and linebacker D.J. Wonnum will miss the rest of the season due to injuries sustained in Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.
Hockenson, who leads the team with 95 catches and 960 receiving yards this season, sustained tears to the MCL and ACL in his knee.
Wonnum, who is second on the team with eight sacks, tore his quadriceps on a non-contact injury.
The Vikings, currently with a 7-8 record, have lost four of their last five games and fell out of playoff position with Sunday's loss.
The team needs to win their final two games and get help from either the Los Angeles Rams or Seattle Seahawks to make the playoffs.
