• KG Arunraj, who led Income Tax raids on Vijay’s residence in 2020, has been appointed Propaganda and Policy General Secretary of TVK.
• Arunraj will work under Vijay and party general secretary N Anand to oversee policy formulation and communication strategy.
• Former MLAs R Rajalakshmi, S David Selvan and A Sridharan have joined TVK to strengthen its legislative bench.
• The party also inducted former judge C Subhash and Jeppiar Institute chair N Maria Wilson into its leadership team.
• These moves are designed to expand TVK’s organizational base and boost its credibility ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
