• Thousands packed Tiruchirappalli as Vijay began TVK’s district-by-district campaign, with his convoy taking roughly two hours to cover about 5 km and city traffic brought to a standstill.
• Police cleared the launch with 23–25 conditions, including a 25–30 minute speaking window, a ban on roadshows and receptions, and a cap of five vehicles in the convoy.
