Overview

• The Sinerxias 430 chamber festival launched on September 20 with a free Concatedral concert and runs through November 9 across six themed programs.
• The opening program, Monólogos e diálogos, features cellist Yibai Chen in works by Cassadó, Piatti and Bach, followed by Brahms’s B-flat Sextet with Mira Foron, Carla Guillén and Ensemble Vigo 430 musicians.
• The Orquestra Clásica de Vigo announced an eight-concert 2025/26 season opening October 24 at Teatro Afundación with Beethoven, featuring pianist Severino Ortiz in the Piano Concerto No. 3 and the Symphony No. 5.
• A December 29 Christmas concert marks Ravel’s 150th anniversary with Aida Saco Beiroa as soloist in the Piano Concerto in G, followed by a January 3 benefit event at Teatro Salesianos.
