- Officials said more than 60 of the fatalities since Nov 16 occurred in Dak Lak, where tens of thousands of homes were inundated and some communes remained underwater.
- The government estimated direct losses of about $343 million across five provinces, with roughly 80,000 hectares of crops damaged and over 3.2 million livestock and poultry lost.
- Sections of national highways and railway lines remained blocked or suspended, and about 129,000 customers were still without electricity after much wider outages earlier in the week.
