Overview

• Using a screenshot taken during a video call with the complainant’s sister, investigators identified suspects Harsh and Ashish, both 19-year-olds from Vikas Nagar.
• The teenagers have been charged in at least seven vehicle theft and armed robbery cases spanning Ranhola, Vikas Puri, Paschim Vihar and Najafgarh.
• Officers recovered five stolen motorcycles, one autorickshaw, a country-made pistol, a knife and a live cartridge from the duo.
• The pair attempted to flee on a numberless motorcycle near Nala Road but were chased and overpowered by patrol teams.
• Delhi Police are now seeking two additional associates known by the initials G and S in connection with the organized theft ring.
