Victims Identified in Fatal Half Moon Bay Plane Crash

Investigation continues as bodies of two victims remain missing after single-engine plane crashes into ocean.

Isaac Zimmern, 27, and his partner Emma “Pearl” Willmer-Shiles, also 27, were identified as two of the four victims in a plane crash near Half Moon Bay, California.
The crash occurred on January 14, when a single-engine, four-seater Cozy MK IV plane crashed into the ocean.
Willmer-Shiles' body was found by a commercial fishing crew the morning after the crash, but Zimmern's body and those of the two other occupants have not been found.
The plane was reportedly seen flying erratically before the engine sputtered out and it fell out of sight.
The National Transportation Safety Board is leading the investigation into the crash.
