  • The victim, identified locally as Yolanda, fell from a fifth-floor window in Llíria and was pronounced dead Monday afternoon.
  • Guardia Civil investigators have provisionally ruled out homicide and are awaiting results from the Instituto de Medicina Legal de Valencia.
  • Weeks earlier the woman had filed a complaint alleging she was held captive for twelve days, sexually assaulted and filmed by her 57-year-old partner.
