Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will accompany Harris, engaging with civil society, religious leaders, and families of servicemembers during the trip.
This visit comes shortly before Donald Trump's inauguration as president, with speculation about Harris' potential political future, including a possible run for California governor or another presidential bid in 2028.
