- Despite Verstappen's dominance, Formula 1 saw a successful year in the U.S. with three races held in Austin, Miami, and Las Vegas, and the same three contests are scheduled for 2024.
- Liberty Media, the American owner of Formula 1, invested $600 million in the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, which was seen as a success and delivered one of the most thrilling races of 2023.
- Hollywood is showing increased interest in the sport, with Brad Pitt making a movie about Formula 1 and actors Ryan Reynolds and Michael B. Jordan buying a stake in the Alpine F1 Team.
- American automakers are also getting involved, with Ford partnering with Red Bull Racing to develop the team’s power unit for the 2026 season, and Andretti making a bid for adding an all-American team to the grid in 2026, partnering with Cadillac.
