  • The union’s wage demands include an 8% increase (minimum €300) for TÜV Süd employees and a 7.5% rise (minimum €330) for staff at TÜV Nord and Hessen.
  • Employers have offered pay increases of 2.1% over two years in two separate proposals.
  • The actions threaten to postpone or cancel vehicle inspections, driver license tests, safety audits and certification services.
