Overview
- Bilt members will be able to link accounts and pay rent or mortgages in Venmo or the Bilt app using a Venmo balance, bank account or linked card while earning Bilt Points.
- Eligible rent payments processed through Bilt can be reported to major credit bureaus at no extra cost, enabling credit building alongside rewards.
- The collaboration connects nearly 100 million Venmo users to more than 45,000 neighborhood merchants in Bilt’s network, including restaurants, gyms, retailers and pharmacies.
- A phased rollout begins in early 2026 following the announcement at Money20/20, with property manager and merchant onboarding details to be disclosed closer to launch.
