Vanguard Announces Estimated Cash and Capital Gains Distributions for ETFs

Unitholders to receive distributions in January 2024, with actual taxable amounts reported in early 2024.

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has announced the estimated final December 2023 cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Unitholders of record on December 29, 2023 will receive cash distributions payable on January 08, 2024.
The estimated annual capital gains distributions for the Vanguard ETFs listed for the 2023 tax year have also been announced.
These estimates are for the year-end capital gains distributions only, which will be re-invested and the resulting units immediately consolidated.
The actual taxable amounts of reinvested capital gains distributions for 2023 will be reported to brokers in early-2024.
