Vanessa Williams to Lead 'The Devil Wears Prada' Musical in London

Vanessa Williams will star as Miranda Priestly in the West End adaptation of 'The Devil Wears Prada' musical, opening in October 2024.
The musical features an original score by Elton John, with direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell.
Williams is known for her roles in 'Ugly Betty' and 'Desperate Housewives,' and has received a Tony nomination for her performance in 'Into The Woods.'
The production will have a preview engagement at Theatre Royal Plymouth in summer 2024 before its West End debut.
Tickets for the musical are currently on sale, with performances scheduled to run through May 2025.
