Vancouver Police issued a warning Friday about high-risk sex offender Kelly Isbister.

Overview

  • Kelly Isbister, 53, was released on July 4 after serving an 18-month sentence for possession of child pornography and breach of recognizance.
  • The Vancouver Police Department has classified him as high risk to children and youth, predominantly boys.
  • Court conditions bar him from entering any locations where minors typically gather, including parks, playgrounds, community centres, swimming areas and daycares.
  • He must remain in British Columbia, report regularly to a bail supervisor, wear electronic monitoring equipment and stay sober in public spaces.
