Overview
- València’s official program runs October 4–9, combining children’s entries, Moros y Cristianos traditions, concerts and solemn ceremonies anchored by the Reial Senyera.
- On October 9, the civic procession will include the lowering of the Reial Senyera from the City Hall balcony at 12:00, a tedeum at the Cathedral and a floral offering to Jaume I at the Parterre.
- Pyrotechnics are confirmed with an October 8 fireworks show by Pirotecnia del Mediterráneo (819 kg of powder) and an October 9 mascletà by Pirotecnia Tamarit (186 kg).
- The city will mark the centenary of the Himno de la Comunitat Valenciana on October 5 with an event in the Plaza de la Mare de Déu featuring about 800 performers from bands, choirs and folk groups.
